1. Ephemeral Processing & Zero Data Retention

Your privacy is our ultimate priority. ZipBlade utilizes a secure, edge-computed architecture for high-speed video processing. When you upload a video, it is securely transmitted to our temporary edge nodes solely for the purpose of frame extraction. Once the extraction process is completed or aborted, your original video and all generated frames are automatically and permanently purged from our systems. We do NOT retain, backup, or access your media content.

2. Information We Collect

While we strictly enforce a zero-retention policy for your media files, we may collect the following technical and analytical data to ensure the system operates efficiently:

• Telemetry Data: Anonymous browser type, OS, screen resolution, and generic extraction performance metrics (e.g., file size, codec type, upload speed) to monitor system health and optimize our edge nodes.
• Account Information: If you register or purchase a PRO plan, we collect your email address for account provisioning.
• Payment Information: We do NOT store your credit card details. All payment processing is securely handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. You are subject to their privacy policies during checkout.

3. Use of Cookies

We use minimal cookies necessary for the functioning of the application, such as maintaining your session state and storing your language preferences.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners and trusted affiliates.
