By accessing and using ZipBlade.cc ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.
ZipBlade is an edge-computed utility tool for high-speed video frame extraction. By utilizing the Service, you acknowledge that your media files will be temporarily transmitted to our edge network for processing. We employ an ephemeral processing model: all media files are permanently deleted from our temporary storage immediately after the extraction task is completed. We claim no ownership over the content you process.
You agree not to use the Service to process any video content that is illegal, infringes on any intellectual property rights, or violates any laws in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and process using our tool.
All payments are processed securely through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. By purchasing a PRO Protocol or 24-H Pass, you agree to Paddle's respective checkout terms. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
The Service is provided "as is". ZipBlade makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall ZipBlade be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Service.
